Selling customer returns in bulk in the UK

Returns are a fact of life for retail and e-commerce. Here's how to turn them into cash rather than warehouse rent.

Manifested vs unmanifested

Manifested lots (SKU-level breakdown of what's on the pallet) usually achieve a meaningfully higher price than unmanifested lots, because the buyer takes less risk. If you can manifest at line level it's almost always worth the effort.

Grading

Light grading — separating obvious A-grade from clearly damaged units — also lifts price. Heavy SKU-level grading is usually only worth it for high-AOV categories.

Volume helps

A regular monthly returns programme will always net better economics than a one-off pallet. If returns are an ongoing problem, set up a recurring buyer relationship.

Process

How it works

A simple, four-step process — no complicated onboarding, just a clear next step.

  1. 1

    Send your stock details

Tell us what you have, where it is located and how quickly it needs to move.

  2. 2

    Upload your files

Upload a stock list, photos, manifest or pallet details so we can assess the opportunity properly.

  3. 3

    We review and respond

Our team reviews the stock and comes back with next steps, usually the same working day.

  4. 4

    Collection arranged

If we proceed, we arrange payment and collection in a clear and professional way.
