We are the data controller for personal data submitted through webuyclearancestock.com. We process the information you provide (name, company, email, phone, stock details and any uploaded files) for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and arranging a possible stock purchase.

Legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry) and contract (where we proceed to purchase your stock).

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Transactional records are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Limited processors (cloud hosting, email) are used under appropriate contracts.
