Challenge
The seller was facing a Q4 long-term storage fee spike on stranded inventory across several FBA SKUs. Some units were new, others were customer-return grade, all spread across multiple fulfilment centres. Removing into a UK warehouse to sort was uneconomic.
Approach
- Reviewed an Amazon removal report and category-level photos
- Single offer covering both new and returns grade
- Created an Amazon removal order direct to our nominated address
- Sorted and graded on receipt — no re-handling at the seller's site
- Payment made within 3 working days of physical receipt
Outcome
Storage fee exposure cleared before the Q4 spike. Seller redeployed working capital into faster-moving SKUs. Returns-grade units re-routed to a B2B liquidation channel.
